The 700m² Resin Driveway Transformation
The Spec
Resin driveway Rotherham is always the perfect choice.
The first impressions Yorkshire team set to work on this 700m driveway with A full excavation throughout the site moving over 100 tones before a new permeable suds-compliant base was installed.
This included a geotextile non-woven membrane, type 3 no fines limestone sub base and open textured tarmac base finished off with 20mm resin-bound surface.
The Project
When built to the correct specification our resin-bound stone system is permeable, allowing water to drain through it naturally. Making it fully compliant with SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) meaning no planning permission is required.
We also added a lovely granite stone block border at the entrance and around the perimeter to add contrast against the resin-bound surface this looks fantastic.
We also installed the internal stone carpet for the garage floor keeping it seamless to the driveway and finish off . The feature lighting throughout this project really brings it to life at night.
What an entrance to such a lovely self-build property the owners have done a brilliant job and we always take great pleasure when installing a resin driveway to bring it all together.
