This existing patio had stood the test of time but the client was looking for something bright seamless and low maintenance with the wonderful shape surrounding the rear of the property running along the pool house a seamless resin bound surface was the go to option.
The first impressions team certainly delivered with this beautiful resin bound patio.
The Project
A full excavation was carried out throughout the area before a new permeable suds-compliant type 3 mot sub base and open textured tarmac base were installed with a lovely charcoal border what a great combination and installed to a suds compliant specification.
The 175m patio was finished off with our UVR stable resin binder and Spanish marble cream aggregate which won’t fade in sunlight and requires very little maintenance year-round.
This customer was pleased with the result which was reflected in the brilliant 5-star review which has been left for our team.
