When built to the correct specification, our resin-bound stone system is permeable, allowing water to drain through it naturally. Making it fully compliant with SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems), meaning no planning permission is required perfect for a project of such scale.

We recently had extensive landscaping and external works completed to the front of our home, and cannot recommend First Impressions highly enough. The project included a full transformation of the frontage with new resin surfaces, boundary works, and a complete upgrade to the overall appearance and finish of the property.
From start to finish, the quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism shown throughout was outstanding. The team took real pride in their work, and the result has completely transformed the look of our home. The resin finish, in particular, looks fantastic and has been completed to an exceptionally high standard.
What really stood out, however, was their reliability and willingness to help when we needed it most. During the project, we experienced a number of issues where other contractors let us down, but they stepped in on several occasions to help keep things moving and support us through difficult situations.
