The Spec
We started with A full excavation throughout the site moving over 100 tones before a new permeable suds-compliant base was installed.
This included type 3 no fines limestone sub base and open textured tarmac base all constructed to a suds specification and finished off with 20mm resin-bound surface creating an absolute showstopper.
We installed a charcoal block border around the perimeter and also block paved the entrance what creates a great first impression on entry.
We also installed double screened top soil and finished off with lush new turf.
When built to the correct specification, our resin-bound stone system is permeable, allowing water to drain through it naturally. Making it fully compliant with SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) meaning no planning permission is required perfect for a project of such scale.
