What a pleasure to work on this stunning property in Sheffield.
The first impressions Yorkshire team set to work with 270m of resin driveway paths and patio 35m of block paved entrance, fully landscaped throughout and finished off with lush new lawn what an incredible transformation.
We started with A full excavation throughout the site moving over 80 tones before a new permeable suds-compliant base was installed.
This included type 3 no fines limestone sub base and open textured tarmac base all constructed to a suds specification and finished off with 20mm resin-bound surface creating an absolute showstopper.
We installed a charcoal block border around the perimeter and also block paved the entrance what creates a great first impression on entry.
We also installed new feature planting beds planting features to the steps then landscaped the remaining area with a build up of 4o tones of double screened top soil and finished off with lush new turf.
Result
When built to the correct specification our resin-bound stone system is permeable, allowing water to drain through it naturally. Making it fully compliant with SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) meaning no planning permission is required perfect for a project of such scale.
