The Spec
An absolute pleasure to work on another beautiful home in Doncaster. This resin driveway really does finish the property off beautifully.
A full excavation was required throughout 400m² driveway before a new permeable suds-compliant base was installed. This included a geotextile non-woven membrane, type 3 reduced fines limestone sub base and open textured tarmac base. This is the correct base for a resin-bound driveway Doncaster to ensure longevity for many years to come.
The Project
We added a raj natural stone set entrance and border around the perimeter and also a feature set to the front of the property which will be great for adding planters and pots in the future and also a great contrast against the resin-bound surface.
An added benefit of our resin-bound stone is that it is permeable, allowing water to drain through it naturally. Making it fully compliant with SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) meaning no planning permission is required.
