The Spec
The spec on this project was to install new permeable resin bound foot paths and a water feature.
As usual the first impressions team were delighted to do this project as it’s a little different to our day to day driveway and resin bound surfacing installations however the team pulled off an absolute showstopper as expected. what an entrance this certainly gives a great first impression.
We started the project with a full excavation and new ground works throughout comprising of natural stone cobble setts, type 3 reduced fines lime stone sub base and permeable tarmac base.
We then installed the water feature into position connected all the electrics and did a full test to ensure everything was working correctly. we were then ready for the resin bound surfacing to begin.

The project required some beautiful specialist dried cream marble stone aggregate chippings flown directly over from a quarry in Spain as always we will go to great lengths to make sure our clients get the perfect finish every time and boy did we get it right the client was over the moon with the end result as were we, these water fountains make absolutely fantastic garden centrepieces. as well as creating a tranquil environment through the peaceful sound of water trickling You may even see small wild birds fly in for a little bath.
